  • A woman opened fire outside a Denver bar after being denied entry, injuring five people. The suspect, who had a fake ID, accidentally hit bystanders while targeting security personnel. The incident caused panic in downtown Denver. The woman fled the scene and police are currently searching for her. Fortunately, the injured individuals are expected to recover.
  • The ethnic Armenian leadership of Nagorno-Karabakh said that talks with Azerbaijan have not yet produced concrete results on security guarantees or an amnesty for Karabakh Armenian fighters. Azerbaijan is proposing an amnesty for those who surrender their arms, but some fighters have vowed to continue resisting.
  • Poland's government has accused the European Union of exaggerating a cash-for-visas scandal to undermine the ruling nationalists ahead of next month's election.
